Returns + Exchanges
How do I start an exchange or return?
Please contact us via email (customersupport@haydenbjewelry.com) to get the correct address for returns. Please do not ship your items to any other address listed on our website or on our packaging- we will not be able to refund or exchange your items if they are not sent to the address we provide you directly.
Your item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition in a padded envelope with a tracking number. They must be postmarked to Hayden B. Jewelry within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days upon receiving your return/exchange, minus a $7.50 handling and service fee. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to show.
What if my exchange or return is late?
After 7 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible for return or exchange. If a package is sent back to us after this timeframe it will be automatically reshipped to the customer.
Sale Items
There are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
Gift Cards
Gift Card are nonrefundable.
Shipping
Our jewelry is carefully made by hand and typically ships within 3 business days from California.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
