Small Twists 6mm- Good for second or third holes, cartilage piercings, or those with small, thin lobes.
Medium Twists 8mm- We recommend this size for those who have only one lobe piercing (but want it to look like they have two!)

* Please note there is only a 2mm difference between the small and medium twists. The size difference is very small, and you may find that both or either can fit each hole!

Returns + Exchanges
How do I start an exchange or return?
Please contact us via email (customersupport@haydenbjewelry.com) to get the correct address for returns. Please do not ship your items to any other address listed on our website or on our packaging- we will not be able to refund or exchange your items if they are not sent to the address we provide you directly.
Your item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition in a padded envelope with a tracking number. They must be postmarked to Hayden B. Jewelry within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days upon receiving your return/exchange, minus a $7.50 handling and service fee. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to show.
What if my exchange or return is late?
After 7 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible for return or exchange. If a package is sent back to us after this timeframe it will be automatically reshipped to the customer.
